Hi everyone, I’m Steven from Kansas City, and I’m glad to finally be here. I’m a realtor in the Kansas City area, and I also run a realtor referral group. I enjoy learning how different investors approach land, pricing, and due diligence, and I’m here to learn from the community and share what I’ve picked up along the way. Looking forward to getting to know you all and being part of the conversation.
