# Land Business Through a Divorce?

Time to get vulnerable here. Anybody start a land business, go through a divorce, and come out the other side better and more successful than they were before? Full disclosure, still going through it. Any and all opinions welcome.

Thanks for being straight about this, @JoeR. That’s not an easy thing to post.

I haven’t been through this myself, so I can’t pretend I have the answer. But I know you’re not alone. I know a handful of folks who have been through some version of this

For anyone out there with relevant experience here (if you’ve been through a divorce while running a land business), what would you say to this?

Did you keep the business going or shut it down and start back up later? Anything you’d do differently?
