What are you all using for payment collection on your seller finance deals? I have 3 lots that I’m seller financing. I used [Cozy.co](http://Cozy.co) in the past and loved it but it got sold to [Apartments.com](http://Apartments.com) and it will not allow me to set up an account for a land deal.
