So if you’re not gettin responses from mail campaign and money is slow for me to pump more out should I be looking on Craig’s list or other sites to find deals to buy? I hate the feeling of just sitting like I’m not doing enough lol Suggestions?

Sound advice.

Mail is great and the leads are well qualified, but there are plenty of benefits to be had from learning once other marketing channel. Take your pick! Any of them are fine as long as you have a backup, and an alternative way to get the attention of people who throw away all their mail without opening it.
