I’m glad to be part of this forum where others share and help each other along with all the resources it provides! I started out investing in notes and have decided to pivot to buying/selling land. I want to learn as much as I can to do this organically before I spend my capital on a lot of services. After some success I hope to set up an automated system to accelerate my business. I am excited to have a new goal and look forward to my first deal!
