Martin,What county are you working? I've contacted my local county and gotten a list from them, and I sort by assessed value to weed out the properties that have houses on them (houses are assessed at a minimum value in my county, so all vacant lands are assessed under this value typically). As for parcel size, this is probably where your data search is getting tripped up. The county assessors are the ones tracking the tax delinquency, and the county clerks are the one's who are knowing the property size and such. If these two systems aren't aligned in your county (nearly all of IL, MO, AR, KS, IA, KY, TN) then you're likely getting no returns because the data search can't satisfy the parcel size portion. I would pull all parcels with a delinquent tax balance, then sort by assessed value to find out which are vacant (lowest end of the list). Cross reference these parcels with the clerk to get parcel size. It's not automated, but it's a start. -Cory
