I am the Founder and CEO of the Land Maverick Society, an online community dedicated to empowering people in the land investing industry. We provide the guidance, support, and funding needed to thrive as land investors. In 2023, the Land Maverick Society funded more than $1.5 million in deal acquisitions on behalf of its members.

I got my start in real estate by door-knocking pre-foreclosures in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I then briefly (approx. four months) worked with the team here at BiggerPockets.com.

From there, I went on to work for Brett Snodgrass of Simple Wholesaling, where I served as Brett’s Podcast co-host and the team’s Senior Dispositions Manager. Under this role, I was responsible for selling an average of 25-35 houses per month.

After Simple Wholesaling, I founded my own land-flipping operation called iBuyLand. IBuyLand is still in full-scale operation today and is now a high-six-figure operation.

I was also privileged to work for Seth Williams of REtipster.com, one of the land industry’s premier online communities.

I live in an Indiana-suburb of Chicago, IL, with my lovely Kazakh-American wife, Assiya, my two boys Salem and Navi, as well as my epic Kazakh in-laws.
