I own a 1600 SF 2 family ( 2 bath 3 bed) I am considering converting it to a single family unit for a number of reasons. What should be my first steps, meet with an archetect or try to side step the archetect an go right to a contractor?
@redandwhite I would think you could start with either and ask them, “Should I be starting this process with you or someone else?” Both of them probably know when they should be stepping in, and if they aren’t the right person to start with, they can probably point you in the right direction.
