I would really like to start with an established investor to learn more about the real estate business.
I have many years of sales experience and I am comfortable making cold calls.
Is anyone in the forum looking to partner up?
@miked-0 if you want a realistic idea of what cold calling is like, you should check out The Indy Solution. They post videos like this on their YouTube channel.
I think they’re using PhoneBurner as their software that auto-dials phone numbers, but there are other cold calling services that will do all of this work for you too (I’m not sure how successful they are, but they do exist).
