I’m using single page PSA. I’m looking for a sample addendum to add more terms( such as earnest money, optional fee etc.,). Can someone please share? thanks in advance.
@kam is this a PA that has already been executed? If not, and if you have an editable word document version of it, you could probably just add those terms into your template, so it’s part of the original.
@retipsterseth Thanks. Since I would like to put Earnest money on case by case, want to keep it separate from PSA.
