I have a property I am looking to buy that is a VA foreclosed property. I have experience purchasing properties that are in HUD foreclosure. I read some tips, followed it and they accepted my deal. I was told with VA deals that they counter even if a person offers the listing. Any times for those that have experience getting a deal with VA accepted?
When you say VA, do you mean Virginia or Veterans Affairs?
I have gotten 25 HUD winning bids for myself and 15 winning VA winning bids for myself. I don’t know exactly how many I gave to other but probably another 20+. Love them both!
