I’m just getting my feet wet with flipping land. Outside of land, I’m already invested in residential/multifamily rental real estate, so I’m not a complete noob to the world of real estate.
All that said, I noticed that much of what I read about land investing is centered around the individual(s) who are marketing and flipping the land and less on those that help fund those ventures.
I want to learn more about the funder side of the equation and from what I can tell, there doesn’t seem to be much material/content that exists.
My long-term goal is to be more of a financier of deals rather than being in the day-to-day doings. Are there any resources you know of that could shed more light on the process? Courses, blog posts, coaches, etc…
