Hey everyone
I’m a data scientist and recently launched a real estate tool I think many of you here might find valuable — especially if you’re the type who enjoys digging into deals and running your own numbers.
The platform lets you search by city or zip code and surfaces properties where the asking price is below the estimated value. It also shows key metrics like price per sqft, cap rate, rental estimates, and more.
I built two valuation models using machine learning, trained on recent sales data, and the idea came from my own frustration trying to find deals with reliable, up-to-date comps.
It’s really geared toward investors who love researching and want to find potential hidden gems faster.
You can check it out here: www.propertydealfinder.com
(Free to use — and if you want more searches, here’s a code for extra access: RLAUNCH-20)
Would genuinely love any feedback — what works, what’s confusing, what you’d want to see added. This is still early days and I’m all ears.
Thanks for taking the time!
Happy investing!
