I have an opportunity to buy 2.5 acre of light industrial zoned parcel in CA. The activities permitted are assembly plant, contractor storage and equipment yard, printing/publishing, and research service & laboratory. I’m curious if anyone has done something similar. How do you find your buyers?
You could find an IOS (Industrial Outdoor Storage) Broker and ask if they have any buyers on hand.
