Hello everyone, I’ve been following the YouTube for a while. I think I’m ready to jump in today and buy the land investing masterclass. I’m wondering if $5k is enough to find deals to get me going. If anyone here has experience with starting with a lower budget or even finding lower priced deal to start off please let me know. All feedback is appreciated.
@danvango hi! It depends on what those 5K$ are for. If they must cover ALL costs (the masterclass course, marketing/operation expenses and purchase), that might be not enough. If this is the case, you may probably try to wholesale or rely on tax delinquent lists.
On the contrary, if the 5K$ is the budget just for purchase, that can be enough to find cheap lots to flip using the direct mailing approach on a list downloaded from a data provider of your choice.
