I am closing on my first land purchase. It is very small so an escrow company isn’t practical. I was thinking of sending a mobile notary to the seller. Are there any other methods that can be used?
@shavonbogan that’s one way to do it. You could also use something like SafeFunds. It’s not really meant for real estate deals, but it can work for a small land deal. Here’s a video if you aren’t sure how it works.
