Cold calling vs mailers

Hi all, due to the high cost of the mailers, I’ve been wanting to switch to a cold calling company. I listened to Seth’s interview with Lead Mining Pro. I want to hear your thoughts on switching and about your experience working with that company. Thank you!

Hi. I use a cold calling company that provides anywhere from 2 to 8 prospects per week who are willing to have a conversation about selling their properties. In the last month or so, I put 3 under contract. Still trying to sell them though.

this topic is very interesting to me because of the rule of 54: 25 emails a wk 25 direct mail per wk and at least 4 event a months. I not sure this method is working. I have not received any responses from email or direct mail. I’m curious to find out what the cold calling method yields. I may switch all so.

@sig how long have you been doing this?

25 emails and 25 mail pieces a week is not very much… unless you have a very specialized list with unusually high motivation to sell, it will take a long time to get results from this.

Are they suing overseass callers or US callers?
