It’s such a tough thing to measure. The percentage of connections is so small, almost any measure would not be valid. These are lightning strikes. You get in front of someone at the right moment. We have done post cards, RVM, cold calling. When success is 1 in 5000 then it’s more about selecting good property for us. We’ve done way too many little deals that are profitable, but the acquisition cost didn’t make sense.
Calling has always worked better for me, never Monday morning and the best time is afternoons, 4-7, and you would be surprised how well Saturdays work.

Don’t you think SMS marketing is equally important too? if done in a right way off course.
That depends on skip traced data too but I have seen hot leads coming up especially from text marketing on daily basis.
Yes, but remember people can ignore a text but when you back that up with a phone call. Conversion goes through the roof!
