Hi Guys I am trying to buy my first piece of land. I have come across 5 acres in Colorado Costilla county at a reasonable price. do you guys think its worth investing in Colorado especially Costilla county. Thanks
@1738 i don’t know CO but I believe that if you picked that County you didn’t do by chance but as a result of a market analysis (sold vs sales, socio-demographic parameters, amenities in the area, job growth etc). If so, I would just run the numbers on that specific property, perform my due diligence and if all is ok and looks like the profit you have in mind is there, all you need to do is to go for it
