Commercial land buyers

Howdy,

I dont recall which episode it was, but i recall there being an episode with a guy who was a large scale land buyer who would buy deals from land flippers. Anyone remember which episode it was?

We bought 100+ deals this year, over 3.5 m in sales, we are comfortable with most deal types, but here and there something comes up that is outside our comfort zone.

We have a commercial lot under contract now in central Texas that we would rather sell to a land investor or even wholesale to someone rather than flip ourselves as we would with the other lots we purchase.

@zachattack you may be thinking of Casey Inman. Though, it’s hard to say for sure; there is probably more than one person we’ve interviewed who fits that profile.
