Hello fellow land junkies, this tool is too great not to share. (I posted this on FB, but reposting here for those that don’t do social media). There’s a free version and a week free of the Pro version. It provides sell through rates for the sunbelt states, they’re adding more states soon, a heat map of the hottest counties or zipcodes based on your search filters, and a mathematical equation for pricing. It’s pretty epic. (Apologies if I’m not allowed to share tools)
