I am having difficulty getting a delinquent tax list in excel format in East Tennessee. Has anyone ever tried working this territory before? They are all telling me it will likely be a hard printed copy. It seems like I can get a 2020 list from the treasurer, but I know that won’t be good enough. Tax sales are at 5 years. So, should I be asking for 2016 delinquent lists? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
@jnalbrycht Should I maybe try looking at DataTree instead if this is the general consensus I am getting? I know @Jarenb said he had just started trying out Tennessee on a recent podcast.
