I remember hearing about all the changes to the texting rules about 6 months ago when a bunch of die hard SMS fans started getting out of it.
Is anyone still sending texts to find land deals? If so, how well is it working these days?
I’ve been thinking about jumping into it, but not sure what my expectations should be.
