Does anyone here hire drone operators to get aerial images of their vacant land? I know realtors sometimes do that, but do you think it is worth the cost to market your properties? what are you paying on average?
@jlengland it depends. As a general rule, I get aerial photography for any higher end properties but not always. The reason I wouldn’t is because I’m pretty certain I have a buyer or it’ll sell quickly with or without. And occasionally I get it for lower end ones if I’m not getting traction. In my opinion, aerial photos and video get a lot more eyeballs on them and overall portrays a more professional listing than one without.
