Estimated Start Up Costs for a Land Investing Business

I’m looking at getting started in land investing and would like to know what kind of costs I would be looking at for the first 90 days based on Seth’s course. What software packages would I need to be successful, what kind of marketing costs would l need to budget for, and what would a reasonable time commitment to the program? I realize that the more marketing money you throw at the business, the better results you will likely have. However, I’m not looking to drop $10K in the first 90 days. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
