I’m about to purchase a piece of land via a title company. They told me that if the seller was ever married, their wife/ex-wife has to file a quit claim deed. (insert shocked emoji face).
There are so many moving parts to this!! I’m so glad I’m not doing this full-time yet. Gives me a chance to really learn the business while being patient! Title companies are so important.
