Anyone pulling expired land listings off the MLS and if so, which platform are you using for this? Any success?

@land-scout I haven’t done this, but I’ve heard of investors doing this for residential and commercial properties. Do MLS websites show expired listings like this or do you need to have a license in order to see that info?
@charlotteirwin there are several hundred MLS’s throughout the US and if one has access you can pull expired listings. I don’t use Propstream, but heard this may be a source for expired listings. Anyone have thoughts on this?
