A big part of my strat is going to be hiring realtors for disposition (and consulting them for due diligence on bigger deals), and I see it mentioned often to find a realtor that specializes in land.
A google search isn’t likely to yield good results there.
The best idea I have at the moment is to just look at some listings in the the markets I’m targeting and find realtors that already have land listed that’s similar to what I’m looking to acquire.
Anyone have any better ideas?
