I just registered for this forum. Been a REI for a few years and a former builder in Alabama. I’ve done buy and hold, BRRRR, new builds, and fix and flips. I just started reading about land investment because I think the housing market is saturated and prices are unreasonably high. I thought land might present some untapped opportunities but know very little about investing in raw land. I found Seth on youtube and his videos and this website present a lot of valuable educational information.

Land is a pretty cool opportunity. It has its own set of pros and cons, but if you’re coming from the world of houses, you’ll probably find it’s a breath of fresh air overall.
