Hey REtipster community!
I’m Derek from Indiana and completely new to the real estate/land flipping business. I’ve been working my through the podcast and also reading all the blog posts to get up to speed. I recently purchased the Masterclass course and I’m slowly working my way through.
We recently welcomed our first child, so between him and my day job I’m trying to find time to go through everything. I’ve always had the want to get into real estate and the idea of land investing was brought up from another podcast/guru. I kept looking around and finally found out about Seth and REtipster.
I’m excited to get started and learn and connect with everyone!
