Hey Sharon, what’s your knowledge on buying properties that’s like near a small piece of water like a small lake or pond?

Robert, It would have to depend on the area. I buy in Arizona only and we do have lakes that people love for boating, fishing, etc…Have you checked FEMA? Their search option is down today but I found a lot of useful info on their website
