Recently I saw the video interview with Neighbor CEO, the interesting point is about renting a space in vacant undeveloped land. Isn’t there is a zoning restriction to rent a residential lot? in the past I looking into buying a residential zoned land, and asked the planning team if I can rent space for rv parking they said NO since it will count as commercial activity. I wonder how Neighbor ppl are doing it.
@sriniare this all depends on the local governing body and what they allow under each zoning classification. What’s allowed in one city or township under Residential may not fly in the one next to it. You’d have to research each vacant lot on a case by case basis.
