I’ve been playing around with it, and it seems both exciting and scary, but mostly exciting.
Did you know there are A LOT of ways to use Chat GPT as a real estate investor? I brainstormed ideas yesterday and came up with some cool use cases, but I’m only scratching the surface.
In this video, I’ll show you how Chat GPT works, the ideas I came up with, the pros and cons of using this tool, and whether it’s appropriate to trust its output in the first place.
There are also some potential pitfalls to be aware of when using Chat GPT, and I’ll talk about those too.
