How to collect non-investor buyers list for seller financing?

I am trying to collect non-investor buyers’ lists but wanted more tips on where I can do that aside from Facebook groups and Marketplace.

@io when you say non-investor buyers, what does that mean? Do you mean first-time buyers? Buyers who don’t have the cash to buy it outright?

@mattpayne Right, those who would like to pay it with terms.

@io seems like this would be harder to do than repeat buyers, because there wouldn’t be any track record of them actively buying properties. Not sure how to target that segment of people.
