Curious if anyone has any larger acreage (50+ acres) recreational properties on the market currently. Getting a lot of interest? Are they moving at all? Understanding that this is very market specific.
@jpennington20 you might need to preface this by stating what state or region of the country you’re talking about. 50+ acres in Maine is a very different thing than 50+ acres in California.
@charlotteirwin By recreational I mean anything someone would buy not for their primary residence (i.e. hunting).
