Is Trello a good way to monitor phone and email leads? Is there a better way?

Hi guys, do you use Trello, and would you suggest it as the most suitable (free of charge) way to monitor the leads coming on your phone or email and their progress?

Do you use it for anything else in your land business?

@arturo I have just recently started using Airtable and still in the testing stage. From what I heard from other land investors, it’s good value for money. Steve and Jill of Land Academy are using Airtable and they did recommend it to other group members. Given their business size, I guess that’s good enough for me to start with.
