Landscape Supply Storage
How does this work! Any idea please…how to run this business.
@moe2022 are you talking about putting these kinds of structures on your land, for storing landscaping materials (rocks, dirt, bark, etc.)?
I can’t claim to be an expert, but every place I know that does this actually runs the whole business of storing the stuff, buying the raw materials, and then selling it off to local landscaping companies (more than just owning the land). Not exactly a passive business, but it doesn’t seem like a crazy amount of work either.
I suppose you could lease out your land to someone who wants to run this kind of business as well and then just collect lease revenue from them. Might be another way to go if you can get lucky enough to find a good local operator.
