Has anybody use Landsearch? Pros or cons
@helen-lew I’ve used it quite a bit. The only con I can think of is that you can’t see historical sold comps like you can with Zillow. Otherwise, I think the site has much to offer and provides a specialized look at only the vacant land-type parcels, with more specific land-related filters. You can also find some listings that aren’t listed on other websites, so it’s always worth a quick look to see what’s listed in your market.
