How are you guys/girls positioning yourselves if you are going to get lists in person from the county or a company. Are you saying you are an investor or just a normal person looking for cheap property?

@evan102 I don’t even get into it. I just ask for the list of owners who are past due on their property taxes (but still own their property), and hopefully, they’ll just give it to me without much fuss.
If they do ask why I want it, I might explain that I’m in the business of helping people pay off their property taxes and get rid of their unwanted real estate.
