Hello, I’ve watched Seth’s video on how to create an LLC here https://retipster.com/how-to-start-your-corporation-or-llc/ but he doesn’t mention anything about whether it matters which state you’re creating an LLC within. If the plan is to flip raw land parcels sight-unseen around the country, are you allowed to do that within any old state you create your LLC in?

The short answer is no, It’s not necessary to create a new LLC in every state, you can purchase anything anywhere with your local LLC as the owner.
