@retipsterseth recently recorded a cool video showing how he used an AI tool to upload and interpret a zoning ordinance for a self-storage project he was looking at. Can anyone point me in the direction of the video/name of the AI tool? I somehow can’t find it.

I was using Claude in both of these videos, which is a great AI tool. I still use it at least a few times a week.
