Might not be the right forum but wondered if anyone can recommend where I can find a part time acquisition person to follow up on some leads I have.
Market analysis can be outsourced to my VA and I can provide the ceiling and floor price, but a general understanding of land acquisition would be helpful. I will also need additional help with mid-industrial real estate… so need a go-getter who loves calling people up and follow up follow up follow up…
Background in effective closing is a must; customer-centric attitude and attention to details are also required; tech savvy would be a plus.
