Has anyone seen or bought and sold properties like this? We have gotten a couple of signed offers back in one county for properties that have low hanging data lines all around the perimeter where you would access it from a road. It looks like a personal vehicle could drive under them, but there might be issues building a home with larger construction vehicles.
@sempervirens I would reach out to the local power company and let them know about it. It could be a temporary issue (say, if they’re actively doing some maintenance on those lines or poles), but it could also be a legitimate problem they need to fix.
