I’m working on scrubbing a new list and I am wondering if it is worth pursuing the owners who are listed under Trust companies? I hate the idea of wasting money, but also missing opportunities. Anyone get a deal with these? Thanks!
@sgurney if you decide to leave trusts and corps on your list, close with a title company. Don’t try to do it yourself. Verifying control over these types of owners is a lot more work than when you’re buying directly from an individual. A title company can do this easily, but it’s a lot easier to mess it up on your own.
