MAP Communications? (PAT Live Alternative)

I know there are several threads about Pat Live alternatives but have not seen anyone mention MAP communications ( https://www.mapcommunications.com ). Have any of you used them? Their pricing is roughly half of what Pat Live charges.

Also, just curious what questions are you having your phone answering service ask callers when they call in from a direct mail campaign?

@chiltonj I haven’t heard of that one yet but you could give them a call to find out more.

Try and find out if they hire US-based receptionists or if they are from someplace else in the world.

This can be a big plus or minus for some people, depending on whether their receptionist has an American accent or not.

If the cost is really half of PatLive, I wonder if this is the catch.
