My understanding is that the first should be the right fit for someone trying to find the best solutions “tax-wise”, while the second should be more focused on how to structure your Company to ensure you the best protection.
I’m not sure about their experinece with expats though, you should ask. I’m a foreigner investor with a US LLC and I’m considering to use their help at some point too…
