I have a 1-acre property under contract that is 95-100% forested wetlands and considered suitable habitat for the Canebrake Rattlesnake which is listed as an endangered species in VA. Who can I market this land to?
Any rattlesnake with a bank account.

@landdiva you could just get some good pictures and throw a listing up on Craigslist and FB Marketplace.
You never know who could be looking that that exact type of property until you get the word out.
The best way to ensure it doesn’t sell is to not list it.
