Hey we are hiring, looking for an overseas VA to do comping and acquisitions work. Not interested in an agency since they will be a full-time salaried position. Does anyone have recommendations or know of someone looking for work?

Hey @theresafindsland! Since you’re avoiding agencies, a lot of land investors have good luck finding VAs on Upwork or Onlinejobs.ph. You could also try posting in Facebook VA hiring groups or asking around in land investing communities for referrals.
One thing I’d suggest is being really specific in your job posting about what “comping and acquisitions work” actually means day-to-day. The clearer you are, the better candidates you’ll attract. And consider starting with a paid trial project before committing to full-time salary. It gives both of you a chance to see if it’s a good fit.
Just budget some time for training too. Even experienced VAs need to learn your specific systems and processes.
