Do you use a real estate property investment spreadsheet template that calculates a 10 yr analysis, simple & discounted payback, return on initial investment, PV, IRR?

I’ve got several different spreadsheets like this, depending on the type of property I’m evaluating.
It’s hard to create a one-size-fits-all analysis template like this because certain property types will have relevant issues or natural assumptions that don’t apply to others.

There’s also DealCheck, which is a pretty cool software you can use on your phone or your desktop. I use it all the time when I’m looking at one of the property types they support (which is most of them).
