How’s it everyone?! I have property under contract ready for assignment and my seller wants a copy of the purchase agreement or assignment contract between me and the end buyer. Now, I want to be as transparent as much as possible to save face but I wanted to know if this was a feasible or even a best practice in assignments. Thank you in advance!
I’d just redact anything that you aren’t comfortable sharing. Like your buyers name and contact info and your assignment fee.
